Recent legislation in New York prohibits the sale of sports nutrition supplements such as BCAAs, creatine, pre-workout, etc. to individuals under 18. Other states, including California, Massachusetts and others, are considering similar legislation. 

AHPA’s (American Herbal Products Association) Sports Nutrition Committee is spearheading an effort to raise public awareness and prevent the restriction of these products.
