The Quick Take

We check-in with Paul Mansour who recently completed 50 marathons in 50 states. Throughout the years he trained for and ran each marathon, Paul kept up a consistent weight training program. He ranks among the most dedicated endurance athletes, but unlike many of his peers, he chose to take a wholistic view of exercise by balancing lifting with running. We look back with him over the span of his accomplishment and reflect on the important role strength training has played in making him a better runner and helping him stay healthy and active as he enters his ’50s.
